November Real Estate Stats for Placer County by City

Each month, I post the homes that are actively for sale, homes in Pending Sale that have an accepted contract, and homes that have Sold as well as the average price of homes in each area. For the month of November, Placer County:

555 Homes for Sale for an average listing price of $580,395 that had an average of 2243 square feet of living space. 283 Homes accepted a contract and went into Pending Sale, with an average of 2061 square feet of living space within 66 days from the date of listing. 312 Homes Sold and Closed for an average price of $521,108 with 2175 square feet.

The days on the market is really a misnomer since it does not properly reflect the actual days on the market and can be manipulated. When looking at those numbers take them with a grain of salt.
