Home Buyer Loans for Sacramento Real Estate

Sacramento Real Estate Voice is pleased to announce our guest blogger today, Brent Wilson of Comstock Mortgage.

Brent is a native Sacramentan who I have done business with for several years. I have found Brent to be a great listener which is vital in both Real Estate and the Mortgage Industry. By listening, to his clients Brent tailors each individual’s loan needs. In this day and age where Banks and Mortgage companies are going out of business, the honorable and experienced will remain strong.

Brent provides an on-line loan application at Loans Done Right,  for your convenience as well as being very personable and good at what he does all day long…loans. I highly recommend Brent Wilson for all your mortgage needs. He is a man of character…take it away Brent and welcome to Sacramento Real Estate Voice.

It’s that time of year to shelve the weak attempts at humor and write something constructive……

What a real estate market!!!

Granted, some local areas are holding up better than others, but it seems that many of us have experienced a decrease in value the last year or two.   To me, it’s a necessary “reversion to the mean” that is necessary for the long-term stability of our market.  Easy credit and human nature were mostly to blame, with the demand by buyers artificially increased by liberal and risky mortgage lending.  This “credit boom” developed around 2002, and was distributed exponentially by many unqualified and inept loan originators who charged a king’s ransom for their inexperience.

The good news is that cyclical markets have a way of cleansing themselves, and we’re well under way with the process.  Lending guidelines have tightened, and many of the aforementioned originators are on the run.  We live in a beautiful, thriving area, and I believe in its long term prospects.

In my ongoing effort to provide you with tremendous value, (and to stay legions ahead of the competition), I recently passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER exam!  This was a two year graduate-level curriculum that identified planning techniques for taxation, insurance, investment, retirement benefit and estate planning.  The 10 hour exam was a challenge, and only 53 percent of us passed.  I’m thankful to be done.

As a CFP, I can save you time and money by synchronizing your mortgage with your savings, retirement and educational objectives.  I’ll continue to provide excellent comprehensive mortgage advisement, so that you’ll receive a well thought-out mortgage plan at an awesome price.

On a personal note, Donielle and the kids are doing great.  Bailey, 8, has become a softball fanatic who we can’t keep out of the pool, and Spencer, 4, is getting so big that he’ll be wearing my hand-me-downs soon.

As always, contact me if I can answer any questions or help in any way.

Respectfully Yours,
