Did you know that a 1st Time Home Buyer is NOT just someone who has never owned a home?
I’ve received a lot of calls from home buyers who don’t think they are first time home buyers, but they are and they can take advantage of the 1st time home buyer programs available.
Hope you enjoyed this quick Sacramento Real Estate tip. Ask a few people you know if they know Who Is a 1st Time Home Buyer and what that means. Betcha there aren’t many who will know the answer to that one!

Thanks, Gena, for helping to get the word out on whom may qualify for the First Time Homebuyer’s tax credit. Many homebuyer’s are under the assumption that in order to qualify one must have never owned a home before. You said it succinctly: namely, that one only has to have not owned a home in the past three years in order to be eligible for the tax credit. Bravo for putting it out on video for all to see!

It’s amazing how many home buyers don’t know and are so surprised to find out that they qualify as a First Time Home Buyer.
Nice post. I am working with a first time home buyer now who is purchasing her second home. This is something we need to explain. Just stopped by to say hi how are you?

Thank you. Always good to see St. Paul over here in Sacramento. With the CA sun and great weather, all is good.
