What Gives A Home Buyer Peace of Mind?

Yes, the one thing that gives a home buyer peace of mind, is a knowing they have a home warranty just in case something stops working in their new home.

As a Sacramento Realtor ®, I always recommend to home buyers to have a home inspection and get a home warranty.

Two of the most important things a home buyer in my opinion should always have after choosing me as their Realtor and a reputable Mortgage Broker handling their loan.

Peace of mind that saves lots of $$$$$$

Since the taping of this video I have been contacted by a home warranty company that stated they do not require a home inspection in order to cover items for the home. There are lots of in’s and out’s along with rules and stipulations so I would highly recommend a home buyer being SAFE rather than SORRY and have the home inspection.
