Value Price on the Internet is Wrong
Don’t bother to check Zillow for the value of this house. Obviously, none of these so-called authorities know what they are talking about when it comes to home value. Don’t they know a home at 8594 Windsor Point (side street to Zinnia Way) sold on March 23, 2012 for $199,000 with the same square footage? Hmmmm. So much for thinking Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com and Realtor.com know anything about the value of homes!
Zillow has old values and has a zestimate of $177,900 while Trulia suggests the value at $179,000 and Realtor.com puts the value at $160,318. Homes.com copies what Trulia has for value. Just another indication as of the date of this article that these sites not only have old listings of homes for sale but wrong values and not to be trusted.
Home Buyers Using Zillow and Trulia is Getting Wrong Information
Why anyone would rely on Zillow or Trulia to find a house for sale is beyond me. There data is old and not kept up-to-date and as my point clearly states above, Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com don’t even come close to the value for the home buyer who thinks they are telling them the truth. Time to re-evaluate where you, as the home buyer go to get your information!
If you didn’t already read my article, Let’s Fire All Appraisers and the MLS, you need to. Facts, are facts and I clearly show how Zillow gives bad information making home buyers think a home is for sale when in fact, it sold a long time ago. Zillow does NOT have a working relationship or contract with our MLS system so the data they receive is never kept up-to-date.
Soon the price will be revealed on this Elk Grove home for sale at 8419 Zinnia Way, as soon as the homeowner has this Elk Grove home for sale ready for home buyers! And the price will be NONE of the fore-mentioned!

estimating the home real value is somewhat doubtful. it depends on lot of estimation, especially the market value of that place grabs a lot of % of value.there is no formula to estimate the value. likewise other factors also matters.
Places like Zillow and Trulia do not keep up with neighborhood sales nor do they look at interiors of homes much less remodels and lot locations. That’s why we have appraisers and REALTORs
