Early Bird Gets $10K Tax Credit So HURRY

Sacramento First Time Home Buyers need to follow-up on the $10,000 State Tax Credit.  This is not a sure thing that you can depend on getting or wait till the last minute to buy a house and hope you get it.  The $10K home buyer tax credit for new homes and home buyers buying a resell home are all competing against each other for this pot of money.  First come, first served…early bird gets the money!@!

There are applications before you close on your new house and forms to fill out once you close on your new home that must be faxed in.  Those home buyers who pay attention and follow the instructions will qualify for what money is left in the coffer.

If you think this money will be waiting for you later this year, I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed. This money is going fast and you need to get there and find the home for sale that you would like to buy.

Here are the links to the State website for the $10,000 Home Buyer tax credit to help you out.

NOTE: The application applies to ONLY new home builder purchases however, faxing the HUD right after close of escrow is essential for those First Time Home Buyers who want to receive the CA Tax Credit. The date of the fax will determine the order and money remaining for the tax credit.

Be sure to tell your friends and relatives about this so they don’t miss out getting this money. And if you haven’t found the house of your dreams yet, be sure to visit Sacramento Real Estate Neighborhoods and find your next home.  I’d love to help you.
