El Dorado County April 2009 Market Report

el-dorado-april-absorptionThought I’d show the absorption rate for El Dorado County from a 12 month, 6 month and 3 month perspective. 

As you can see based on a 3 month period, there is 10.4  months worth of supply of homes for sale in El Dorado County.

As always my real estate reports are single family residences only.

For the month of April  2009 in El Dorado County:

  • 1220 Homes for Sale
  • 126 Homes Sold
  • $338,698 Average Sold Price
  • 2276 Average Square Footage
  • 99 Average Days on the Market
  • Sold at 96.27% of the List Price
  • Current absorption rate is 52.5 weeks of inventory on the market as of today

Each month, usually by the end of the first week, I post the home sales report prior to writing about them.
