El Dorado County CA Home Sales Report for January 2007

El Dorado Hills is located in El Dorado County along with other Cities and Communities. In order to get a clear picture of what each of the areas in El Dorado County offer in terms of pricing, each month I post the previous months statistics by County and then break it down by zip code. Be sure to take a peak at January 2007 Market Statistics and check out how many homes were For Sale, how many houses SOLD and what the average Price of the sold homes were.

Jason, my IT guy, has worked very hard to try and bring you an easier way to take a look at each months Home Sales Report. He is still working on compiling all the stats I did for each month for the proper County in the new Home Sales Reporting Stats page. When you click this month to look at the January 2007 stats you will see that it says 2006, please just ignore that it is the 2007 and just a glitch in the programming. Hopefully, next month all the marketing reports for each month will be located there for your ease in comparison viewing.

Overall El Dorado County, for the month of January there were:

407 Houses For Sale for an Average Price of $656,687

159 Homes had Accepted Offers with an Average Price of $659,782

122 Houses SOLD with an Average of 2091 sq.ft for an Average Price of $473,613
