The chart to the right shows January and February for homes actively for sale, homes in pending sale and sold homes.

These numbers are reflective of all of the neighborhoods and cities in El Dorado County.

The numbers on the chart represent residential homes only. Each month the numbers reflect just for that month only and are not a cumulative count. In other words, in January 2009 there were 239 new homes for sale, however all together with the previous year’s homes that did not sell there were a total of 915 homes for sale.

In February, 230 new homes went on the market, however there were homes that had not sold in the previous year so all together there were 1,147 homes for sale in El Dorado County.
