A Neighborhood Near Sacramento Not to Miss
This up-scale bedroom community has a hilly terrain and straddles highway 50 between Folsom and Cameron Park located just 25 miles from downtown Sacramento.With elevations ranging from 200 feet to over 10,800 feet, there is tremendous diversity in the landscape. Aimed at the affluent, many homes are modestly up-scale. El Dorado Hills is home to the Serrano 18-hole Country Club golf course.
This scenic community continues to grow and provide a variety of housing in master-planned communities as well as active adult communities. Since it only began in 1980, housing is fairly new. Town Center is buzzing with boutiques, restaurants and more…and dare I say there is a gelato deli that I never miss when I’m at the Town Center in El Dorado Hills.
The School district for El Dorado Hills Elementary and Middle school community is Buckeye Union Elementary, The High School District is El Dorado Union High.
