River Park is a neighborhood community located just minutes across from Sac State bordering the American River with access within the neighborhood to the American River.
The homes in River Park were built in the 1950’s where few homes are usually for sale. Everyone living in River Park loves living in this tree-lined area having its own school, park, pool, tennis court, baseball stand and all around good feeling with easy access to the American River. They even have their own parades at River Park.
