Looking forward to 2008
Promises to be a home buyers date
Many buyers will seal their fate
While there is still low interest rates.
Relocating and packing their crates
Some will set their moving date
Since they found a mate
And will marry in 2008.
Babies are coming this year
Not me, dont worry no fear
Its past clients I hold dear
That Im talking about here.
A poet I am not Real Estate is what I do

So, its no wonder that I can help you, too
Matters not if its old or new Real Estate in 2008 is what I do.
May your memories be made in the house that we find
Where family and friends who sometimes will dine
Sharing laughter and fun and games of all kind
While paying your payments always on time.
Remember the rule you promised and made
All bills and mortgage on time to be paid
Your home is no ATM machine to be raid
Treat as a newborn so as it doesnt fade.
As you can see I am not a poet but I wanted to write something special for the New Year and thought Id give it my best shot. Shakespeare I am definitely not, not even Dr. Seuss.Have a healthful, safe, exciting and prosperous 2008!
