Home Buyer Write Recommendation About Gena Riede

It is always a pleasure to know when home buyers are pleased with the service they receive from a real estate agent. Last week, a home buyer relocating from North Carolina took the time to express what she felt was exceptional service from Riede Real Estate and wrote about it on Yelp, Zillow and Facebook which as a REALTOR® in Sacramento I deeply appreciated.

This home buyer wanted to make sure other home buyers and home sellers knew about her experience with Gena Riede, real estate broker and owner of Riede Real Estate.

Many times home buyers are impressed or if they’ve never had a previous agent they have nothing to compare to but many get busy with their lives and don’t take the time to express what their real estate experience was like. Barbara and Ben are the exception.

I remember when I received the call from Barbara who was interviewing real estate agents in Sacramento and she had loads of question for me. I was most impressed with her questions which definitely showed she had a lot of experience in buying and selling homes. Well, I cut the mustard only later to find out that Barbara is a real estate broker herself in North Carolina and she wanted to make sure she had a good REALTOR® helping her with her Sacramento relocation.

Home buyer and home seller recommendations, are in my opinion very important. Future home buyers and home sellers who do their homework before hiring a REALTOR® should check out recommendations on real estate agents they want to work with. When recommendations are on the agent’s website you aren’t really sure if the actual home buyer or home seller wrote the recommendation and this is why I so appreciate Barbara and Ben taking the time to write on outside web sources that weed out any self promotions.
