HVCC effects all home buyers and home sellers not only in Sacramento but Nation-wide. It’s costing home buyers more money and many times it’s costing the seller from being able to sell their house.
Be sure to fill out STOP HVCC petition and help the National Association of Realtors, Mortgage Brokers to help home buyers who pay more for an appraisal and home sellers whose homes are not closing due to the HVCC that has hindered and caused Real Estate to come to a slow crawl.
When government gets involved this is what you get so please take a moment to sign the petition so we can help you, the home buyer and home seller.
Government has no business in Real Estate but needs to exercise the right to prosecute those that use questionable tactics. Do not change what has worked in the past. We need the good, experienced appraisers back in the business, we need the lead scoff who is taking half of the appraisers income out of the way and get back to business as usual where appraisers are called on by the lender and communicate with the agents.
Please sign the petition to protect your own rights as home buyers and home sellers. This directly effects YOU.
