Did you recently get your offer accepted? Are you thrilled but scared at the same time?
That’s natural. Consider yourself normal. It is scary but hopefully, you’re Realtor is putting your fears to rest and explaining the process of buying a house in today’s real estate market.
You want to make sure you have a home inspection, that will put your mind to rest knowing just what big or small things need to be fixed. Just like there is no one perfect, no house is perfect either. You need to know what you can live with and what is just too much for you to take on. This is your contingency period so you can back out if the house has too many items wrong. Not to worry.
Foreclosed homes for sale come with some issues many times. As a home buyer along with the Realtor and your home inspector, you will be able to make a good decision on whether you move forward and buy the house or go back on the road and look at more homes for sale.
I congratulate you for taking that first step toward homeownership.
Have a wonderful Easter…happy hunting!
