Introducing the Haunted Mansion Buyer

Isn’t Mike a delight to listen to? Love that English accent.  I found it most ironical that he is an Englishman and Judge John Wells Snowball, the original owner was also an Englishman? Was it meant to be that Mike should one day own the Snowball Mansion? Coincedence?
