During a home inspection in Natomas, a first time home buyer and his wife had a shock when the home inspector pointed out the damage that was in the space where the sellers refrigerator previously resided.  The home buyers had asked if the seller would leave the refrigerator but THANK heavens, the seller took the refrigerator and moved prior to the the home inspection.  Otherwise, the leak behind the refrigerator would have continued until further damage. 

How many of you, pull your refrigerator out and clean or look to see if there is a leak?  I doubt very many do so be sure to read Kitchen Tip Everyone Needs to Read and go buy one of these at Lowes or Home Depot.

Luckily, the seller will be fixing the damage the previous leak caused and the home buyers are happy campers!  It was a successful home inspection and the Doctor and his wife are looking forward to moving into their new home very soon.
