  1. Gosh Gena,

You almost make me want to leave my cabin in Pollock Pines to live in Midtown with the way you described it…

  2. Gena says:

Thanks Edde. It’s a fun place to be where all the action is right at your fingertips. And it’s only going to get better and better!

I just put a new home buyer on T Street in a beautiful home with such friendly neighbors. Be sure to come back and read First Time Home Buyers in Sacramento Congratulations, next week.

Pollock Pines is wonderful as well, though. I have a client in a home in Pilot Hill that just loves it there.

Let me know when you are ready to come on down and I’ll be happy to help you!

  3. Looks like downtown Scaremnto is a really hip place. Art, dining, hotels, nightlife, and variety of events for residents!! Nice place to be…wish it could be me!

  4. Gena says:

Janis, yes it’s a great place to live, work and play. I’m here to make your wishes come true…just let me know when you are ready!

  5. That’s ok… I am already a licensed broker… but I do enjoy reading your blog..

    Gena,
What about rentals? I am temporarily relocating to the area and am an urban guy. Interested in both unfurnished and furnished, need a garage. Any thoughts?
    Thanks.

  10. Gena Riede says:

    Jim,
The SacBEE is your best bet for rentals. There are both furnished and unfurnished condos, apartments and homes to chose from.

    Downtown is your oyster!
