Do you want to know how many homes sold in the area that you live? Are you interested in knowing the average cost of homes by City/Community in El Dorado County? Each month, I post the homes that are actively for sale, homes in Pending Sale that have an accepted contract, and homes that have Sold as well as the average price of homes in each area. To view each of the Cities/Communities in El Dorado County statistics click the highlighted link.
For the month of November, El Dorado County:
247 Homes for Sale for an average listing price of $598,714 that had an average of 2294 square feet of living space. 149 Homes accepted a contract and went into Pending Sale, with an average of 2217 square feet of living space within 78 days from the date of listing. 122 Homes Sold and Closed for an average price of $484,548 with 2114 square feet.
The days on the market is really a misnomer since it does not properly reflect the actual days on the market and can be manipulated. When looking at those numbers take them with a grain of salt.

If you click in the brown bar portion in the header that reads “Neighborhood/County Market Statistics you can choose the county, month and year to look at.
Not all of the communities and cities are listed. I have chosen most all in Sacramento County, A few in Placer County, very few in El Dorado county and even less in Yolo County…but that where you can go to get the info.
