November Real Estate Market Stats for Sacramento County by City

NovSacChartDo you want to know how many homes sold in the area that you live? Are you interested in knowing the average cost of homes by City/Community in Sacramento County? Each month, I post the homes that are actively for sale, homes in Pending Sale that have an accepted contract, and homes that have Sold as well as the average price of homes in each area. To view each of the cities and communities in Sacramento County for statistics click the highlighted link.

For the entire Sacramento County for the month of November:

2125 Homes for Sale for an average listing price of $417,214 that had an average of 1734 square feet of living space.

949 Homes accepted a contract and went into Pending Sale, with an average of 1695 square feet of living space within 64 days from the date of listing.

976 Homes were Sold and Closed for an average price of $387,425 with 1689 square feet

The days on the market is really a misnomer since it does not properly reflect the actual days on the market and can be manipulated. When looking at those numbers take them with a grain of salt.
