Add MORE For Sale Signs
Continue to add daily negative Media and Economist’s opinions of the Real Estate Housing Market Fall so that MORE For SALE SIGNS pop-up
Stir all of the ingredients each day bringing it to a Real Estate Bubbling Boil
Pour into every Buyer’s mug one cup of the Real Estate Bubble Bursting Recipe and ask them to be excited about purchasing a home!

Gena: I love your recipe! My response to San Diego home shoppers is that we have a RAGING buyer’s market. Proof is in the large price reductions on so many listings. Smart buyers are negotiating their way back into the market.
You are absolutely right. The smart buyer’s are out there getting heck of buys right now. There are some great negotiations going on … just wish I had some extra cash so I could get a few of them myself!
You know the time is coming when all of this will change for the Buyer’s and the ones that have been on the fence, are going to be hating themselves.
