and then the month and year you are interested in knowing the home sales and average home price for each zip code.

Do remember, this is a starting point for home buyers and home sellers, not an ending point.

In order to know more about a specific neighborhood, simply contact me at 916-417-2699 with the  neighborhood you live in  or where you want to buy a house in and I will run the home sales for that area within a 1 square mile radius.
