If I were Governor of California, Mayor of Sacramento or on City Council I would go to Mississauga, CA and learn from Mayor Hazel Mc Callion. Perhaps, if I were President of the United States I could also pick up some tips from this seventy something mayor who has been served as mayor since 1978 where they are debt-free.
