Last week this Realtor in Sacramento met a First Time Home Buyer and showed several houses for sale in the Pocket, Greenhaven area. While introducing myself and extended my hand to shake the home buyers hand, the home buyer said, “I already know you, I’ve been watching your YouTube videos and reading Sacramento Real Estate Voice for a long time.”
It is always a thrill to work with new Sacramento home buyers and a double thrill to know the home buyer is prepared and ready for the home buying experience by becoming familiar with real estate today while reading what I always hope is knowledge for the Sacramento home buyers.
This 1st time home buyer knew what he wanted, was familiar with the real estate process, was PreApproved for a loan and because of that zeroed in on the 2nd house I showed him. Even though he didn’t need to see the remaining two homes on our list to show, I wanted to make sure that he saw all four homes. Then it was time to write an offer on the 2nd house and this home buyer’s offer was accepted by the home seller.
Anthony will be having his home inspection next week and appraisal. So, here is a first time home buyer who will have his new home in time for the Christmas holidays in Sacramento. I can’t wait to give the keys to the Greenhaven home to this new home buyer.
It doesn’t get better than that!

Hi Charles, it’s a struggle for a lot of Realtors® along with so many of our distressed sellers but the numbers seem to be indicating a pull out. Of course, with that said, and banks holding on to so many assets, it leaves one wondering.
