The numbers are in for the home sales in Sacramento County for the month of May, 2007. Each city/community in Sacramento County can be viewed for homes for sale, homes that accepted a contract and homes sold. As an overview of Sacramento County, it is important to know how to read the criteria. The numbers are strictly for the month of May, 2007. However, the chart above is an illustration and comparison during a 3 month period, March, April and May 2007.
As you can see more homes were for sale in the month of May, many more went into Pending Sale in May than the previous months and their was a slight increase in sold homes in May for the Sacramento County. Here are the numbers just in case you aren’t a graph person.
