Sacramento Home Sellers be sure to have your Realtor provide you with a Net Sheet before listing your house for sale. You want to make sure that you can sell your house and what typical costs are associated with selling your house.
Along with receiving an estimated Net Sheet before you list your house, the Realtor should also provide you with an Estimated Net Sheet for each contract offer you receive from a home buyer.
There’s more to real estate than just putting a sign in front of your house.
This clearly shows you, the home Seller that offering price is not the only important number but all the other costs associated with selling, as well. Be sure to go over and review the net sheet with your Realtor to see what your net will be or if you need to come to the table at Title with a check for the bank.
