Take a ride with Real Estate Broker, Gena Riede for a great tip that will save a homeowner and new future home buyer money. I’m all for saving money and I’m sure you are, too.
When you take the step toward being a homeowner, you take on the responsibility of maintaining your home. While showing homes to home buyers, I have seen a lot of homes with this problem and it’s something that needs to be addressed when you buy a house.

Great tip!
I purchased my home in Jan ’99. Back then, when alot of new homes were being sold, it was difficult to find a landscaper. Eight months later I was able to hire a Pro Landscaper to properly grade and install drainage, sprinklers and cement work. Out of hiring a Pro, I know it was done right and I’ve never had issues in the past ten years.
If I did the work myself, I may have dealt with rotted out fence posts or a sink hole under my master bedroom. A sink hole may be over exaggerated, but you never know. Heavy rains can do alot of damage if the yard is not properly graded.
I remember, the landscapers were having a field day. No telling what mine would have looked like if I tried to do it myself…horror of thought. Glad to hear you made the right move. Sometimes saving money, ends up costing in the long run. Thanks for popping in and sharing your thoughts.
