Riede Real Estate provides all of the homes for sale in and around Sacramento for home buyers to view homes for sale. As a home buyer you can sign up to receive latest homes that are listed for sale as well as get notifications when home prices drop or go up.
As a Realtor® in Sacramento I try to contact the home buyers who have signed up to receive homes for sale to their email and answer questions about the homes as well as offering help setting up specific home searches.
Sometimes, home buyers sign up with bogus names and bogus phone numbers which I always find fascinating. I can’t help those home buyers and really if someone doesn’t want to share their real name or phone number it’s pretty obvious they don’t want help.
So, I reserve my help for those Sacramento home buyers who actually want the help of a seasoned, experienced full time Realtor®.
Today, while calling those home buyers who signed up to receive homes for sale on Sacramento Real Estate Neighborhoods I was thrilled to have the opportunity to speak with a new 1st time home buyer who is in the process of getting PreApproved so we can begin seeing the homes for sale they have chosen as their favorite houses. I just love first time home buyers and can’t wait to get started finding them just the right home.
It is always a pleasure to help new home buyers who are ready anxious to buy a house especially since home prices are so low with some excellent buys just waiting for them. This is a time when home buyers will look back 10 years from now, and say, “boy, am I glad I bought a house at the right time.”
