Sacramento Bank Owned REO Foreclosed Homes
To the left, the graph shows a 15 month time period of all bank owned homes for sale in the Sacramento county area which were a mere 684 homes with 541 homes receiving offers going into the Pending sale status and 536 homes sold in December 2011. Steady decline in inventory.
Sacramento Short Sale Homes County-wide
With 1,228 homes for sale in Sacramento County for sale as short sales, there were 896 homes moving into a Pending sale status and a mere 465 homes finally registering as sold in Sacramento County. Once again, just another indication of a much too long of a process banks are taking to move inventory in the short sale process. It takes an average of 94 days…
Sacramento Traditional Home Sales Report
The homes for sale in Sacramento county that were neither bank owned or short sales are considered traditional and there were 1,329 homes for sale in December 2011 with 525 receiving accepted offers going into Pending sale and 594 homes sold.
There are some excellent home buys out there with incredible interest rates and a real estate market that is headed for recovery.
