Sacramento, what are your thoughts about Real Estate? Do you feel a little overwhelmed?

Does it ever end?
Sorry to rehash what is happening in real estate and how it is effecting each and every one of us but thats my job. I say it the way it is.

PLEASE read, What are the ABCs of Buying a House (or condo for that matter).
Here on Sacramento real estate voice I write real estate related information that hopefully, helps the reader

Wish I knew when all this will turn around. What I do know is that each one of us, needs to be more neighborly. With all the negativity, we need to generate a little positivity.
That gets me thinking about what we can all do thats positive. Get to know our neighbors. Become more neighborly. There is probably someone on your street that could use a helping hand. Its not stupid to be nice stretch.
This is a time when neighbors need to know neighbors.
This is a time to extend a helping hand.
This is a time that we need to be all we can be.
What can you do to help in your neighborhood?
