Sacramento Real Estate Voice Popped

Sacramento Pops CorkYes, Sacramento Real Estate Voice has a new look. We popped the cork! I hope you find it exciting and useful. Just as Delta and Dawn, our wayward humpback whales are finding their way back to the Golden Gate and into the Bay, Sacramento Real Estate Voice is presenting a new look.  Also, making it’s debut is the new Google Street View. It’s been a busy week.

Sacramento Real Estate Voice continues to find new and innovative ways to provide neighborhood information, real estate market statistics, current Sacramento homes for sale along with valuable Sacramento Home Buyer, Home Seller tips with mortgage information and relocation help.

I am continually asked if the Sacramento homes for sale in the Search MLS or Property Search contains all of the Sacramento homes for sale.  The answer is that all homes listed are contained in the MLS search.

Which brings up an interesting observation that many are not aware of. Most of the websites that future Sacramento home buyers search for homes for sale contain homes in Pending sale and even homes that sold years ago. These websites that peeked the interest of the Sacramento Home Buyer do not do any house cleaning in their site nor do they get the up to the minute new listings.

As Sacramento Realtors® we are always amazed when the phone call comes in requesting information on a certain MLS # or an address, only to find that the house sold 2 years ago. It’s time that the public be made aware that if you are looking for a Sacramento home for sale and want actual up-to-date information, a Realtor’s website or Blog site is the only place you will find it.  Yes, I know there are those Realtors who require the Sacramento home buyer to sign-in before allowing access to the Sacramento homes for sale.

Do I agree with that? Yes, but it is up to each individual Realtor® to decide how they will disseminate the information. Some Sacramento home buyers know how to set-up a good search and others don’t.  As a Sacramento Realtor®, I make one contact to ask if I can help define the Sacramento home buyers home search and answer any questions they may have. My feeling is that when you are ready and have read enough about me you will contact me and if not, then heck I guess I provided a free service to you that I pay for each month.

Unless you are dealing with a Realtor® who pays monthly for the ability to search listing and belong to their Real Estate Association, you are not getting the full capacity and up-to-date MLS homes for sale. And meanwhile the predators continue to attract Sacramento home buyers…but we already know that there are a lot of predators. We are seeing the results of some of them right now, with the Short Sales and Foreclosures. There are many faces to predators and it’s time the public start identifying them.

    The site looks great!
I especially like the way that the header changes with every click… cool polaroids on the sides as well.

  3. I was a bit startled at first to notice the header change, but it looks good. I like it. It is very user friendly.

  4. Gena says:

Yes, Debi it is a bit shocking at first. Did you notice how the header changes from daytime to sunset to night? I call the night one my “batman” night.

Glad you found it navigable and feel free to come back to see what else is new and exciting.

  5. Gena, gorgeous, fresh new look…I love the color changes! Too cool!

  6. Gena says:

Thank you Michelle. Lots of color here, now. What did you think about the post-it notes…cute idea of Jim’s.

  7. Hi Gena,

I love it, I love it, I love it! You are truly the voice of Sacramento:)

OK, so I’ve been thinking, when the heck are we getting together for some good laughs..?

  8. Pradeep says:

Marvelous is the word. Excellent presentation and structure. I specially loved the “Click your city” feature. It’s really unique and makes navigation and search all the more easier.

  9. Gena says:

Than you Pardeep. I feel it’s important to make finding an area as simple as possible and since we have so many fabulous areas to choose from, a map seemed to be the easiest form to supply. Glad you felt the same way.

  10. The graphics are totally awesome on your site. Great work
