This couple came to me after many failed attempts working with a part real estate agent. They told me they watched a You Tube video of one of my past Veteran Home Buyers & decided to give me a call.

On the first offer written for a Citrus Heights home for sale, these 1st Time Veteran Home Buyers were accepted & thrilled. It wasn’t all clear sailing though, we had a huge bump in the road that threatened to squelch the home sale. The VA appraiser came in $24,900 lower than the home buyer’s offer.

The bull dog came out in me & as an experienced real estate agent, after due diligence of disputing the VA Appraiser’s real estate value for this Citrus Heights home, the VA appraiser changed the price upward by $25,000. So, all was not lost and we were back on track to get this disabled Veteran a home to call his own.

These happy 1st Time Home Buyers are now making a house their home in Citrus Heights and hopefully I will be videoing them as well so other Veterans can watch and listen to what these Home Buyers have to say about their real estate experience with Riede Real Estate.

Wow. That’s a hefty change. $24,900 is really a pretty good percentage of a house in Citrus Heights (I would guess pretty easily 10% or more).
