Since real estate is local home sellers know that hiring an agent who lives 35 miles or more away is not the best for selling their home.

Something that is very important to a home seller is how well the REALTOR® they hire to sell their house communicates. Answering the phone, returning phone calls, responding to emails not only is important to the home seller but the seller knows how important it is to respond to a potential home buyer.
