Stimulus Money, Keep Your Eye On It

eyes are on the stimulus moneyHave you wondered which banks received TARP money? I did. 

So, here in a Google map are all of the banks who received TARP money, the amounts and their locations.

Also, stimulus money projects for each state that may impact our communities including costs, number of jobs, and exact locations can be found at Stimulus Watch which is an interactive site.  You can can actually see and discuss each of the projects that were proposed by the each mayor and vote on whether you believe them to be critical or not.  Just click on your California community. You may notice that your community is not featured. Nothing in Placer County or El Dorado County…little surprising. Did the mayors participate?

Citrus Heights, CA will receive $46,330,000

Elk Grove, CA will receive $64,700,000

Folsom, CA will receive $151,241,560

Rancho Cordova, CA will receive $59,900,000

Sacramento, CA will receive $2,803,950,000

West Sacramento will receive $463,100,000
