Breaking news, this afternoon that the city lost the stay and has released the negotiations with the Maloofs.

Parking, the Revenue from parking and the Enterprise free zone in front of the arena are the topics that are still under negotiations. The reason given by the City for having not released this report to the public especially before the vote on Q and R is that it appears to have no impact on those two issues, at hand and that by releasing this document it puts the city’s ability to negotiate this and future deals in jeopardy.
