Ways Home Buyers Can Take Title

 Just today, my home buyer was asked how he plans on taking Title.  My home buyer has not yet been accepted on his offer that he wrote on a Probate sale but the listing agent wanted to know prior to submitted the offer to the sellers.

While looking for a video to send to my home buyer explaining the different ways to take Title I ran across this one that I felt does a good job and has an attorney explain.

With so many home buyers out looking at homes for sale, you should learn how to take Title and being vested, I found this video that helps explain some of the ways home buyers can take Title.  This is a question that will come up once you have found the home you want, been accepted and escrow if opened.

The Title company and your REALTOR® are not allowed to give their opinion about how you should take Title.  An Attorney or your CPA can best counsel you on what the best way is for you to be vested.
