The chart to the right shows all of the cities and communities in Yolo County for the month of February compared to January 2009.

These numbers are only for residential homes. Also, the active homes for sale in January show 139, this number is only for the homes that were listed in January. There were homes that did not sell the previous year which brings the total number of active homes on the market to 410.

In February, there were 148 new homes for sale and together with the homes that did not sell the previous month there were a total of 560 homes for sale in Yolo County.
